Our planned preventative maintenance programme services are second to none and we can offer bespoke programmes to suit your needs. Once a contract is in place our team will manage your planned visits via our CRM system and notify you in writing a month before our planned attendance to confirm date and times are suitable to your needs. PPM visits can help you save money on downtime to equipment and machinery. They are also intended to assist your business is compliance with BS7671, BS5266 and BS5839.

Motors and Controls

Planned maintenance on 3 phase motor systems and control systems are covered with annual checks on terminations and connections for tightness, heat damage or corrosion.

Fire Alarm Maintenance

We can offer contracts for the servicing of fire alarm systems carried out by trained FIA Engineers to BS5839. Our visits will include a full test of the control panel, any ancillary devices and links, smoke, heat detection and sounders. After our planned maintenance visits we will issue a report sheet detailing our findings. We are more than happy to discuss any of your requirements and recognize the need to work within your budget to meet the required standards for BS5839.

Emergency Lighting Maintenance

Full duration tests carried out to determine the condition of the system. Reports issued detailing any faults or deviations from the British Standard BS5266 and the actions required to bring the Emergency Lighting to a fully functional system.
